Product Details

Metal wound gasket Peng Nuo PN1000

Metal-wound gaskets A wide range of gaskets currently used in semi-metallic gaskets, which are made of V-shaped or W-shaped thin steel strips and various fillers. By changing the material combination of the gasket, the chemical corrosion of the gasket by various media can be solved. In order to strengthen the main body and accurately locate the metal inner reinforcement ring and the outer positioning ring form, the inner and outer rings are used to control the large compression degree to strengthen the function and avoid the loosening of the basic body, and the gasket is installed due to the existence of the outer ring. It is more convenient and is generally used in medium and low pressure flat and convex flanges.

Metal winding gasket performance characteristics: It can withstand high temperature, high pressure and adapt to the conditions of ultra-low temperature or vacuum. The surface precision of the flange sealing surface of the gasket contact is not high, and the disassembly and assembly is convenient.

Winding pad use equipment: oil, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, machinery and other industries, such as pipes, valves, pressure vessels, condensers, heat exchangers, towers, manholes, hand holes and other flange joints.

Common materials for winding mats:

1. Inner and outer ring winding pad metal strip

A. Cold-rolled steel strips with a thickness of 0.15mm~0.25mm, sus304, sus316L, sus321, etc., or negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.

B. The metal strip is a pre-formed V-shaped or W-shaped narrow strip. The surface should be smooth and clean. There should be no roughness, cracks, scratches, pits and rust spots.

C. Stainless steel hardness value HV ≤ 200

2. Non-metallic tape with inner and outer ring winding mats?

A non-metal filled with special asbestos tape, flexible graphite tape, PTFE tape, non-asbestos fiber tape, and mica tape. The belt has a thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm.

B. Special asbestos loss must be ≤ 25%

C. Non-metallic band with chloride ion content ≤100PPM

D. Recommended temperature and pressure for various media and various non-metallic tapes
